In 1934 the Cabjolsky family bought 1200 acres of land registered as La
Cumbrecita...
The nearest village was Los Reartes and a Estancia called "Los Sauces" that
later became Villa General Belgrano.
Any provisions had to be brought from Alta Gracia or Cordoba, pavement did
still not exist, and you had to cross the Estancia "Potrero de Tutzer" which
today lays beneath the surface of the lake ( dam ) "Los Molinos".
At first the Cabjolskys lived in tents until they built the first house on
the spot where today you find the Hotel La Cumbrecita.
